    By Light/Axom is looking to expand and integrate our growing Cyber and Intelligence business areas and is in immediate need of a Senior Recruiter to join our team. If you’re sharp, professional, and sales-oriented, we would like to speak with you about this opportunity.

    Responsibilities

    • Source cyber and intel candidates through traditional as well as innovative strategies.
    • Review resumes and credentials for appropriate skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to the position requirements.
    • Coordinate with project managers to schedule phone and in-person interviews.
    • Manage requisition activity and candidate status within the applicant tracking system.
    • Manage candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process.

    Qualifications

    • Six to eight years’ experience recruiting Engineering, IT, and Cyber technical professionals with TS-SCI and higher clearances and understands difference between TS-SCI clearance, CI/FS, and Lifestyle clearances/polygraphs.

    • Possess a relevant Bachelor’s degree or higher and can speak to why their degree is relevant to the position.
    • Can speak, by demonstration of metrics, the kinds and numbers of candidates sourced and placed on contract that have TS-SCI clearances.

    • Able to advise organizational leadership in the development of and updating of recruiting strategies to keep organization relevant to candidates in a highly competitive market place.

    • Understands that recruiting, like the technology and customers we support, can be a 24x7 business and has strategy to support this environment.

    • Highly organized and proficient in the use of MS Office suite (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

    • Experienced with various commercial recruiting tools i.e. Taleo, iCIMS, Indeed, LinkedIn, ClearanceJobs, etc.

    • Experience in recruiting advertising for highly technical positions through trending job boards.
    • Experience in coordinating and managing all facets of job fairs/recruiting events.

    • Ideal candidate shall have led, while working alongside, a team of 2-4 recruiters…Not a manager but a highly competent team lead, who is willing to work with and lead a team.
